What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number, the treatments you book, appointment times and any notes you choose to share.

Why we use it

To manage your appointments, contact you about them (confirmations, reminders and changes) and keep a treatment history for your safety. Our legal basis is performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in running the salon.

Who can see it

Only authorised salon staff. We never sell your data. Data is stored securely with our hosting provider within the EU/EEA or under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Appointment records are kept for up to 6 years after your last visit, unless you ask us to delete them sooner where the law allows.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and you may object to processing. Contact us on 089 480 5888 or via divatreat.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
